DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit is required in order to secure your booking.
PAYMENT
We accept direct EFT Bank Transfers, VISA and MASTERCARD.
Sorry no cheques.
The balance of the accommodation account is payable on the day of departure.
No refunds for delayed arrival or early departure.
CHECK-IN TIME
Check-in between 14:00 and 18:00 on the day of Arrival, or as otherwise arranged with the concierge.
CHECK-OUT TIME
Check-out by 11:00 am on the day of Departure, or as otherwise arranged with the concierge.
Late Check-Out or early Check-In, depends on room availability and may incur additional fees.

the lady of the house, as well as the staff are very nice. The rooms are very nice and the beds comfortable. Very great is the view from the roof terrace to Table Mountain. The breakfast also has been good.

The guest house beautiful and is situated in a nice part of Cape Town, however the owner of the establishment was rather rude. I stayed at the guest house during load shedding ,because of this situation , the manager I had advised me to use a local deli close by for breakfast and they would pay since my rate included breakfast . Apon arrival at the deli there were no arragements made for me. When I enquired about the breakfast , the owner of the guest house rudely said I should pay for my breakfast because I was on a special rate. I told her that my office had made the bookins and not me . She dismissed me rudely and said she does not care about my bussiness . I found her to be very rude and arrogant .
