Fyn has been 22 years in the making and it shows. This top Cape Town restaurant is co-owned by Peter Tempelhoff, Jennifer Hugé (general manager) and Ashley Moss (executive chef). Fyn’s menu and decor were inspired by Africa with a touch of Japanese Aesthetics. This restaurant boasts panoramic views of Table Mountain and Lion’s head and comes highly recommended to anyone looking for a great Cape Town dining experience.
